如何建立好的内部控制系统和整个企业对风险的理解，企业员工的risk awareness和管理层的风险态度分不开。大家要知道risk和control是一直存在和衍化的，企业存在就要面对entrepreneur risk,我们只能降低风险而不能完全杜绝风险。风险控制系统的建立和运行会在开放的情况下，也就是open system，不断在市场的变化下调整企业的风险口味和应对策略的方法。考生要理解通过使用量化的方法来衡量风险，在风险评估后使用TARA的策略来有效的应对风险，最后风险是要不断的monitor的，风险评估和内部控制是随着外部情况的变化而改变的。 &egP

通过详细研究今年6月考官的examiner’s report，我们发现考官指出大多数考生没有得到足够的professional marks，另外考生在Q2c和Q4c中的道德问题上得到的分数比较少。 eu//Q'W
考官指出考生在第一大题b小问中没有通过正反面的论述说明工会所发挥的作用以及存在的缺陷。在Q1d（ii）中包含两个方面的考察，第一要求考生写出social and environmental ‘footprint’的定义，第二个考察考生从senario/case中寻找能够佐证HPC公司在该两方面做的比较好的例子。 j#YVv c%
