　　四、特点
　　1、适用性广。以广大审计人员普遍采用的EXCEL表格方式出现，易学易用。但录入时的工作量较大。
　　2、录入简便。只需录入票据存根联号码和金额与票据记账联号码和金额即可，可将任务分配给参加审计的所有人员同时录入，以便节约时间，提高效率。如先录入票据存根联号码和金额，则在录入票据记账联号码后，系统会在同一行次的存根联＞记账联栏自动提供应记账金额，相互较对，及时纠错，十分便捷。
　　3、自动校验。系统提供相同票号的票据存根联与记账联自动校销功能，自动反映已开未登票据号码和金额，自动反映发票存根联金额与记账联金额不符及差额情况，自动反映重复登账情况和私留票据未交情况及作废票据入账等情况。
　　4、自动统计。系统提供收入和往来款项自动汇总功能，可迅速摸清被审计单位全部家底。
　　5、自动显示有问题内容。以EXCEL表格的直观方式，迅速显示出被审计单位在票据管理方面的许多问题，以便审计组在较短期间内做出判断，查清事实。
　　五、编制程序时注意事项
　　1、本文各公式，除中文文字外，一律以西文半角方式录入，公式中不允许有空格。
　　2、本程序1~5行为表头内容。第6行为总合计，第6行各单元格公式如下：D6=SUM（D7：D5006）； J6=SUM（J7：J5006）； L6=SUM（L7：L5006）； M6=SUM（M7：M5006）； N6=SUM（N7：N5006）； P6=SUM（P7：P5006）。自第7行起为审计录入内容，本文只介绍了第7行公式，第7行以下，以第7行为基数，用EXCEL的单元格填充柄填充即可，并以100本票据量为例，程序控制从第7行起至5006行止。超出数量需重新修改公式，否则统计有误。
　　3、建议用EXCEL自身提供的工作表工具，关闭“0”数字显示，以获得良好的界面效果和输出效果；建议将审计数据按列设置成不同的颜色，便于区分和查看；为避免显示超宽，建议将各单元格内容设为“缩小字体填充”。
　　4、建议将程序另存为EXCEL的模板类型文件（文件后缀名为 .xlt），以方便审计人员重复调用，彼此共享，方便存取。
　　六、使用程序时注意事项
　　1、本程序为开放式系统，建议在使用时对工作表的公式，用EXCEL自身提供的工作表保护功能进行公式保护，以防在录入时误删，使审计数据在运行时出错；但在审计录入完毕后，进行排序、筛选前，如工作表处于保护状态，则应先解除保护，再进行排序、筛选。
　　2、在先录入存根联票据号码、金额，但尚未录入已登账票据号码、金额时，系统即自动在已开未登号码栏显示未登账票据号码、金额，但在录完已登账票据号码、金额后，相符票据的未登账号码、金额会自动校销掉。程序采用倒剔正确票据方式。
　　3、因公式循环较多的原因，可能会造成程序运行速度较慢，建议使用128M内存PⅢ以上的微机进行操作。本程序已在WINDOWS98下的OFFICE97及OFFICE2000上通过，并在审计实践中多次采用。
