如何建立好的内部控制系统和整个企业对风险的理解，企业员工的risk awareness和管理层的风险态度分不开。大家要知道risk和control是一直存在和衍化的，企业存在就要面对entrepreneur risk,我们只能降低风险而不能完全杜绝风险。风险控制系统的建立和运行会在开放的情况下，也就是open system，不断在市场的变化下调整企业的风险口味和应对策略的方法。考生要理解通过使用量化的方法来衡量风险，在风险评估后使用TARA的策略来有效的应对风险，最后风险是要不断的monitor的，风险评估和内部控制是随着外部情况的变化而改变的。 9sFZs]uM

通过详细研究今年6月考官的examiner’s report，我们发现考官指出大多数考生没有得到足够的professional marks，另外考生在Q2c和Q4c中的道德问题上得到的分数比较少。 2%'{f
