　　中新网4月26日电 25日，全国13个省(市、自治区)公务员考试首度实行“联考”，考试时间统一，考试题目均由国家公务员主管部门统一命题。据悉，13个省(市、自治区)共招录4.7万余人，涉及考生可能超过120万人。专家分析，此次“联考”无论是招录人数还是参加考试人数，都已经达到甚至是超过了2010年国家公务员考试的规模。 N0[I2'^.

　　实行“联考”的13省区市包括：云南、江苏、湖南、海南、山东、内蒙古、重庆、辽宁、广西、宁夏、陕西、天津、西藏。到目前为止，除西藏考题尚不明确以外，其它12省区市《申论》试题主题相同，作答要求不尽相同；《行政职业能力测验》除江苏为独立命题，其余11省区市试题相同，模块顺序略有差别。华图专家分析指出，这意味着公务员录用考试将统一试题的试点工作进一步完善，这是继去年上、下半年联考之后的又一新举措。 NR&9:?

　　2009年上半年的7省联考中仅有湖北、陕西、天津3个省市公务员招考笔试试题相同，下半年6省联考中有内蒙古、福建、辽宁、重庆和海南5省(市、自治区)相同，且题型设置、分布顺序等与中央国家机关公务员考试相同，只是适当地减少了题量，今年联考省份继续增长。华图专家分析称，此次“地方联考”进一步扩大了联考的范围，这种尝试使公务员选拔更加科学、合理、公平。 61 /zrMPn

　　据分析，从试题的相同与否来看，2009年4月三省(市、自治区)试题相同，2009年9月5省(市、自治区)试题相同(其中福建申论比其他省少一道题)。从总题量上来看，地方公务员统一考试在国考的基础上适当地减少了题量，题目总量由140道缩减到120道，主要减少的题型是常识、言语片段阅读、数学运算三块，考试时间仍为120分钟。这在很大程度上减少了考生在做题速度上的压力，可以更加充分地考查考生对知识的掌握程度。地方考试命题也出现逐步向“国考”靠拢的趋势。 ek)(pJ(+#
